I was diagnosed with M.E./CFS at age 9 and Aspergers about 3 years ago. I discovered the 3 Principles taught by Syd Banks at the beginning of March and for the first time I have had a massive shift in my wellbeing and health to the point where I know have hope of a full recovery. I now write books, articles and poems based around this and of my experiences of life and of people I have met and know personally.
